Deepa spent her childhood in Kathmandu, Nepal. Her mother, from the Chettri community in Ramechhap, and her father, a proud Newar from Kathmandu, forged a path of diversity and resilience by bravely challenging preconceptions.
As the youngest of three siblings, Deepa grew up among these diverse influences, developing a deep appreciation for diversity and a broad perspective on life. Inspired by her parent’s embrace of differences, she carries forward their legacy of breaking barriers and celebrating diversity in everything she does.
Deepa’s educational journey began at DAV College in Patan, Nepal, where she completed her high school education in 2015. Eager to pursue higher education and independence, Deepa relocated to the United States and earned her Bachelor’s in Health Administration from George Mason University in 2021. Undeterred by challenges, she continued her academic pursuit and graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in IT Project Management, in 2023. She reflected her commitment to lifelong learning and was rewarded with the Excellence Award 2023 for her master’s program.
Deepa’s professional journey began at the age of 18 when shifted to the US in May 2015. Initial days were a mix of excitement exploring new surroundings and cultures, with a touch of nervousness adjusting without family nearby, she started working as a cashier and babysitter to fund college. Driven to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, Deepa transitioned to the healthcare industry, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sunrise Senior Living. Over the years, she progressed through various roles, including MedTech and lead concierge, gaining valuable experience.
In 2021 immediately after graduating Deepa was honored to step into the role of Business office coordinator in the HR field making a significant milestone in her career journey Just a year later in 2022, she was thrilled to be promoted to the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist contributing remotely from their cooperate office.
In 2022, Deepa sought new challenges and obtained her real estate salesperson license. This achievement paved the way for an exciting new chapter in 2023 launching her career in real estate.
A profound appreciation for the transformative power of homes inspired Deepa’s journey into real estate. From a young age, she witnessed how homes can unite families and shape lives, developing a deep admiration for this aspect of community and belonging.
Upon moving to the United States at 18, Deepa immersed herself in various jobs, discovering a passion for connecting with people and understanding their unique needs. Her role as a Business Office Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living further developed her interest in housing as she assisted elderly residents in finding homes that met their specific requirements. This experience taught her invaluable skills in navigating challenges such as pricing, availability, and negotiation.
One of her proudest moments was purchasing her first home in 2021 at age of 25 a milestone she achieved but personally encountered the complexities of the real estate process. This first-hand experience deepened her resolve to enter the real estate field professionally, driven by a desire to support others through similar challenges and make a positive impact on their lives.

Deepa strongly advocates investing in real estate for its long-term financial benefits, including appreciation and passive income through rentals.
