Joining Fidelity Investments, she quickly advanced through several promotions, showcasing her expertise in systems analysis and investment strategies.
Her career journey began with part-time babysitting during high school from 2011 to 2012, followed by roles as a case worker at the Organization for Refugee and Immigration Success (2013-2014) and Child and Family Services (2014-2015). During this time, Tara also pursued a full-time student status from 2015 to 2018 while providing IT support at Granite State University from 2017 to 2018.
In July 2009, Tara relocated to New Hampshire, USA, facing initial challenges with language, culture, and financial constraints. Started as a Systems Analyst role at Fidelity Investments, where she tested and ensured the functionality of brokerage applications, significantly expanding her knowledge of the stock market and investment strategies until 2023.
In 2020, she launched her career as a Realtor with Red 1, continuing to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals. Expanding on her passion for interior design and staging, she founded Destiny Home Décor in 2021 to provide personalized home styling services. She has volunteered at Bhutanese and Nepali Community event in New Hampshire and continued with community events in central Ohio. Her interest in real estate grew from a passion for interior design and helping her parents find a home.
