However, his voyage was marked not only by business acumen but also by a profound social consciousness. He served as the Managing Director of Hotel Radiance” in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal, and in, “”Hotel Lunar,“” Nepal carving his mark in the hospitality industry.

Here, he orchestrated the operations of the largest importer of Dog Chews (Churpi) from Nepal, fostering a bridge between nations.

His responsibilities painted a canvas of excellence, including maintaining seamless communication with management, staff, and vendors, implementing quality assurance protocols, optimizing organizational processes, and pursuing strategic and operational objectives. He orchestrated the symphony of efficiency, ensuring operational activities remained on course while overseeing staffing requirements and financial matters.

Yet, amidst these corporate pursuits, Madan also wore the hat of an entrepreneur. Since May 2013, he has been the Owner and Manager of Hollywood Beauty” in Phoenix, AZ, where he has overseen the daily operations of multiple stores, guided and nurtured a team of 15 employees with remarkable retention rates, and orchestrated product promotion through diverse channels.

His remarkable achievements include the founding of a thriving small business, which burgeoned by over 200% within three years, and the expansion from a single store to a dazzling chain of 11, augmenting the revenue stream manifold.

Before his entrepreneurial endeavors, Madan served as the Owner and Accounts Head at Hollywood Brothers in Santa Fe Springs, CA. His role encompassed the meticulous processing and management of accounts, overseeing a team of employees, and providing invaluable consultations to clients in their search for the perfect pieces.
